Returns & Exchanges
Review Prestige Watches & Jewelry return windows, eligibility requirements, final-sale categories, and the return authorization process before shipping anything back.
Before you request a return
Effective: August 30, 2025
Check the product type, delivery date, and item condition first. Return windows are short for watches, and final-sale categories cannot be returned.

Return windows
- New watches, not custom, engraved, or sized: refund 0-7 days; store credit 8-14 days; no returns after Day 14.
- Pre-owned watches: refund within 3 calendar days; no returns after Day 3.
- Jewelry, non-pierced and non-custom: refund 0-7 days; store credit 8-14 days; no returns after Day 14.
Eligibility and condition
- Items must be original, unworn, and unaltered, with factory stickers, plastics, and security tags intact.
- All original materials must be included, including box, manuals, warranty cards, appraisal, links, and accessories.
- Evidence of wear, water damage, alteration, missing items, or removed stickers or tags voids eligibility or may result in deductions equal to replacement cost.
Always final sale
- Earrings and pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons.
- Custom, made-to-order, engraved, or resized items.
- Special-order merchandise.
- Installed or mounted watch bands and straps.
- Services, appraisals, battery or service work, clearance items, and items marked final sale.
Watch bands and accessories
Unopened, unused, and unmounted bands or accessories may be returned within 14 days under the same refund and credit rules above. Once a band is installed or mounted by us or anyone else, it is final sale. If complimentary bracelet sizing was performed on a returnable watch, a reasonable sizing-labor deduction may apply.
Special orders and restocking
Special orders, including items not normally stocked or ordered at your request, are final sale. If Prestige Watches & Jewelry explicitly agrees to accept a return within the applicable window, the return may be subject to restocking up to 25%. Standard merchandise returned incomplete may incur up to 15% deductions or the documented replacement cost of missing items.
How to return
To start a return, contact us during your return window for a Return Authorization number. Email [email protected] or call 303.997.6649.
Pack securely with all materials and write the RA number on the outer box. Ship insured and trackable within three business days of RA approval to: Prestige Watches & Jewelry, RA# ______, 12543 S Parker Rd, Suite 212, Parker, CO 80134.
Payments, shipping, and inspection
- We inspect all returns. If approved, refunds or credits typically post within 3-5 business days after inspection, though your bank or payment provider may take additional time.
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
- Shipping and insurance are non-refundable; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- If a third-party payment provider retains processing fees on refunds, that amount may be deducted.
- Refused or undeliverable packages may have outbound shipping, return shipping, duties, or taxes deducted.
- Free UPS Ground shipping on U.S. orders over $100.
- Standard U.S. UPS Ground shipping for qualifying product orders under $100 is capped at $34.95.
- Expedited shipping, repair shipping, international shipping, refused or undeliverable shipments, return shipping, and special handling may differ.
- High-value shipments over $1,000 are sent signature-required for your protection.
Damage, exchanges, gifts, and proof of purchase
Please inspect shipments upon delivery and report shipping damage, tampering, or shortage within 24 hours so we can open a carrier claim. Eligible items may be refunded or issued store credit within the applicable window. Gift returns approved under this policy receive store credit in the recipient’s name when marked and shipped directly as a gift; otherwise the approved refund is issued to the purchaser. A valid receipt or order number is required, and government-issued ID may be requested for fraud prevention and loss control.
Warranties and after-sales
After the return window, issues are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty for new watches or the store warranty disclosed at purchase for pre-owned watches. Please retain your receipt and warranty card.
