New watches purchased from Prestige Watches & Jewelry include complimentary sizing and lifetime battery replacements for the original owner, whether purchased online or in our showroom. Battery replacements apply to battery-powered models.
Your new watch comes with the manufacturer documentation and warranty information for that model. We’ll explain care and help with warranty questions after your purchase.
